Resevation Agreement
1. A credit card is required to hold your reservation. 2. We require a 48 hour notification in the event of cancellation. We may offer a credit for future services but charge for services if not notified 48 hours prior to reservation. 3. All deposits for stretch limousine services are NON refundable. 4. We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle equal to or better then the vehicle requested. 5. John's Car Service LLC is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. 6. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused by them or their party during the rental agreement period. 7. A fee of $100. will be charged for each instance of any damage to the carpet, seats or interior of the vehicle. A sanitation fee of $150 will apply if warranted. 8. Alcohol and drug use is strictly prohibited by law. Any fines incurred will be paid by the client. 9. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicles. 10. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund if there is a blatant disregard of above mentioned conditions. 11. Waiting time charges will apply after the first 15 minutes of scheduled pick up time. 12. Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle. 13. We do our absolute best to be there when we say we will! However, due to the nature of the industry, factors like weather, flight delays, traffic congestion, customs problems and early and or delayed arrivals or disembarkments are simply beyond our control. Therefore, if necessary, we reserve the right to be allowed an additional 30 minutes from scheduled pick up times in order for us to fulfill our obligation to you, our valued customer. All port transfers require that roundtrip fares be paid in full in advance. Thank you.
